About the Role:
ArtMix is looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage and execute day to day administrative needs on behalf of the organization. ArtMix is a non-profit organization that provides art classes, internships, and vocational arts programming for individuals with and without disabilities.
This role will be:
In-person: 10:30am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday, 9:00-12:00 Saturday
$18/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and responding to calls and emails through our information phone line and email
Overseeing entrance to the facility and assisting students with the use of our secure door system
Drafting and sending correspondence to donors and partners
Assisting students in registration for classes in person and via our online registration system
Updating the donor management system
Checking in attendees for classes and events
Printing, copies, supply ordering and day to day administrative needs
Gallery sales
Scheduling in partnership with the VP of Programs and Marketing and Events Manager
