We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team! If you have a passion for the arts and experience in the disability world, this might be the role for you!

About the Role:

ArtMix is looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage and execute day to day administrative needs on behalf of the organization. ArtMix is a non-profit organization that provides art classes, internships, and vocational arts programming for individuals with and without disabilities.

This role will be:

  • In-person: 10:30am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday, 9:00-12:00 Saturday

  • $18/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and responding to calls and emails through our information phone line and email

  • Overseeing entrance to the facility and assisting students with the use of our secure door system

  • Drafting and sending correspondence to donors and partners

  • Assisting students in registration for classes in person and via our online registration system

  • Updating the donor management system

  • Checking in attendees for classes and events

  • Printing, copies, supply ordering and day to day administrative needs

  • Gallery sales

  • Scheduling in partnership with the VP of Programs and Marketing and Events Manager
